Activation ways of apoptosis in view of the increase the efficiency of radiotherapy

The main mechanisms of apoptosis and antitumor therapy principles are given in the article. Urgency of studying of radiomodifying action of cytostatic agents which increase content of ceramides for apoptosis induction are shown. Taxol is one of such radiomodifying agents
