Introduction to the electro-weak theory
Description
The lecture reviews electro-weak theory, beginning with the Fermi theory in 1934 to the recent Glashow-Salam-Weinberg theory. Weak interactions, hadronic weak current and neutral currents, Feynman rules, weak interaction phenomenology, gauge invariance and hidden gauge invariance are all discussed in detail. (U.K.)
