Thermodynamic functions of YBa2Cu3O7, YBa2Cu3O6, Y2BaCuO5 and BaCuO2
Description
Uncertain values of formation standard enthalpy, standard entropy, enthalpy and heat capacity, fusion entropy and heat, heat apacities in liquid state for YBa2Cu3O7, YBa2Cu3O6, Y2BaCuO5 and BaCuO2 phases are calculated using well-known and suggested by the authors empirical and semi-empirical ratios. Equations of dependence of their heat capacities on temperature within 298 K - fusion temperature range are formulated
