Description
The scope of application defined for this draft of a KTA recommendation encompasses the pressurized and radioactive systems and components out of the reactor pressure vessel (KTA 3201), which are of specific relevance to reactor safety according to RSK guideline (section 4.2). The various requirements defined by KTA 3211.1 relate to: (a) Organisations involved in component manufacture; (b) materials production and products as well as their chemical composition, mechanical and technological properties, physical properties, heat treatments and further processing steps; (c) quality approval and control procedures for achievement and assurance of the required quality of materials and products, such as destructive and non-destructive evaluation; (d) provisions for report preparation and documentation of test results. Der hier definierte Anwendungsbereich umfasst die druck- und aktivitaetsfuehrenden Systeme und Komponenten ausserhalb der druckfuehrenden Umschliessung (KTA 3201), die eine spezifische reaktorsicherheitstechnische Bedeutung gemaess RSK-Leitlinie (Abschnitt 4.2) besitzen. Im einzelnen werden in KTA 3211.1 die Anforderungen festgelegt, die zu stellen sind an: (a) die bei der Herstellung beteiligten Organisationen (b) die Herstellung der Werkstoffe und Erzeugnisformen sowie deren chemische Zusammensetzung, mechanisch-technologische Eigenschaften, physikalische Eigenschaften, Waermebehandlung und Weiterverarbeitung (c) die Nachweis- und Kontrollverfahren fuer die Erzielung und Einhaltung der geforderten Qualitaet der Werkstoffe und Erzeugnisformen, wie zerstoerende und zerstoerungsfreie Pruefungen (d) die Bereitstellung von Unterlagen fuer die Dokumentation der Pruefergebnisse.
