Description
Coefficients of sputtering and ion-electron emission of Cu, LaB6, GdB6 and composite materials based on copper with LaB6 or GdB6 inclusions are determined by the results of sample irradiation with 18 keV energy nitrogen ion beam. It is ascertained that the given inclusions strimulate the growth of coni on the irradiated surface
