Energy resolution of gamma-detectors made on the CsJ(Tl)-scintillator - Si-photodiode basis
Description
The design of a gamma-detector made on the basis of the CsJ(Tl)-scintillator - Si-photodiode system is described and is main parameters are given. Full dimensions of the scintillator are 10 x 10 x 10 mm3 and the area of the photodiode is 10 x 10 m2. Energy resolution constitutes 5.3% at 661 keV gamma detection. 4 refs., 4 figs., 1 tab
