Production of the ortho-phosphoric acid labelled with phosphorus-32

Description

Conditions of the formation of ortho-phosphoric acid with phosphorus-32 was investigated. Procedure includes neutron irradiation of the P2O5 dissolution in water at 90 C and exposition during 2 hours, cooling of the solution. The final product is purified in the chromatographic column containing ion exchange resin. The column is preliminary washed with water. (author)
