Description

The results of studies on the preparation and mechanisms of action of electroactive coatings based on fullerenes and their derivatives are presented. Attention is focused on immobilisation of fullerene-cationic lipid composite films on electrodes. The role of non-covalent interactions in the formation and functioning of fullerene-containing coatings is discussed.
