Preasymptotic corrections to the pomeron exchange

Description
In the frame of quark-gluon model for strong interactions, based on the topological expansion and string model, the planar diagrams are connected with Regge poles and the cylinder fiagrams correspond to the pomeron. In earlier works it was shown that in this approach strong exchange degeneracy has to take place. This fact in the case of the pomeron with intercept αP(0)>1 is in disagreement with experiment. In the present paper the preasymptotical corrections to the pomeron exchange depending on energy as s-1/2 are calculated, and it is shown that taking these corrections into account removes the disagreement
