The beam monitoring system for 3B1 on BSRF

Description

A homemade beam monitoring system for lithography of beamline on Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility is reported. The systems consist of a vertical position monitor, a detector for uniformity of spot and a controller of exposure for lithography. The on-line measurement results are given
