Description
The requirements of sect. 28 of the draft are based on the new ICRP recommendations and the EURATOM and OECD(NEA) basic standards. The application range of the basic principle of this section (any unnecessary exposure to radiation or contamination has to be avoided and has to be kept as far as possible below the fixed dose limit) as well as the consequences therefrom are discussed on the basis of three individaul cases: 1) uranium-containing enamel colours; 2) ionisation fire alarm; 3) treatment and removal of radioactive waste materials (example: radioactive sewage sewage sludge disposal on the Leopoldshafen dump). Die Forderungen des Paragraphs 28 des Entwurfs basieren auf den neuen ICRP-Empfehlungen und den EURATOM- und OECD(NEA)-Grundnormen. Der Anwendungsbereich des Grundprinzips dieses Paragraphen (jede unnoetige Strahlenexposition oder Kontamination zu vermeiden und unterhalb der festgesetzten Dosis Grenzwerte so gering wie moeglich zu halten) sowie seine Folgerungen werden an drei Einzelfaellen diskutiert: 1) Uranhaltige Emailfarben; 2) Ionisationsfeuermelder; 3) Behandlung und Beseitigung radioaktiver Abfaelle (Beispiel: Ablagerung radioaktiven Klaerschlamms auf der Muelldeponie in Leopoldshafen).
