Description
Analysis and processing of the measured data have many applications in many different fields. Some of the applications in nuclear engineering demand very high confidence level and therefore there is a need of reliable tools for data analysis. In this paper we introduce three data quality evaluation criteria: a. Parametric uncertainty, b. 'Reconstruction noise' autocorrelation, c. Moment analysis. The criteria of information examination can be used as powerful tools of analysis of the measured and processed data
