Description
Hydrogen gas is injected to the coolant water in reactor for supressing the concentration of formed oxidator. Hydrogen gas will react with OH radical to produce H radical which is vreact with oxygen effectively with the reaction rate constant of power 10 to produce HO2 radical. The amount of concentration injected depend on the reactor condition but still in ppm scale. The mechanism reaction and how effective is the hydrogen gas injection on supressing oxidator concentration are studied by using 'Facsimile'. One reactions set and G-values for each radiolysis product in every temperature are used as simulation inputs. Then, one set of radiolysis product's concentration versus irradiating time are as outputs. From the simulation results. it is known that the presence of hydrogen gas suppresses the concentration formed of formed oxygen. The higher concentration of hydrogen injected the lower concentration of oxygen produced. The higher temperature accelerate the reaching time to get
