Description
Pion matter at finite temperature with nonzero net value of angular momentum is considered. Our approach allows one to evaluate ρ-meson self-energy and distribution function for zero value of the external spatial momentum. We found a specific polarization effect - inhomogeneous angular distributions with zero total spatial momentum near the two pion threshold due to the difference of mean numbers of ρ-mesons with different spin orientations
