Rho-meson self-energy in rotating matter

  • 1. Physical and Technical Institute of Uzbek Academy of Sciences, Tashkent (Uzbekistan)

Description

Pion matter at finite temperature with nonzero net value of angular momentum is considered. Our approach allows one to evaluate ρ-meson self-energy and distribution function for zero value of the external spatial momentum. We found a specific polarization effect - inhomogeneous angular distributions with zero total spatial momentum near the two pion threshold due to the difference of mean numbers of ρ-mesons with different spin orientations
