The SO(7) limit matrix element of the fermion dynamical symmetry model and E2 transitional rate of Pd and Ru

Description
A new vibrational limit of the Fermion Dynamical Symmetry Model is discussed. The wave functions and matrix elements of the quadrupole operators for the SO(7) limit are presented. In identical particle approximation, the E2 transition rates for the Pd and Ru isotopes have been calculated
