Description
Using the method of physicochemical analysis, the state diagrams of Bi2Te3-SmTe, Bi2Te3-Sm and SmBi-Te cross sections are studied and the liquidus surface of Sm-Bi-Te ternary system is plotted. The crystallization fields of separate phases are determined. It is established that three ternary compounds SmBiTe3, SmBi2Te4, SmBi4Te7 and restricted solid solutions on the basis of Bi2Te3 exist in the system
