Description
The RAMAND-I (RAdioMuon And Neutrino Detector-Ice) is presented briefly. This project was initiated to develop acoustic detection techniques for the measurement of high-energy neutrinos arriving from the Universe.The detector itself is a 10 x 100 km2 area ice surface on the Antarctica equipped with a suitable antenna network.
