Description

Accurate assessment of nuclear and radiation accidents emergency exercises is the main basis for testing exercise effects. This paper analyzes the basic elements in the process of exercise evaluation, including consistency of the exercises with laws and regulations, integrity of the command system, logicality and rationality of the scene design, coordination among the departments, normalization and effectiveness of the actions, completeness and availability of the logistic service, and analyzes the possible sources of errors in the assessment, which provides a reference for doing well the assessment of exercises and gives full play to the evaluation function.
