This report was prepared by an interministerial group to study energy prospects and policies and their influence on environment up to the year 2000. It deals with the following problems: long term electricity production development with nuclear and classical thermal power plants, long term development of oil industry, environment in production and utilization of energy in industrial zones and new energy techniques. Ce rapport a ete prepare par un groupe interministeriel pour etudier les perspectives et la politique energetique et l'influence sur l'environnement jusqu'a l'horizon 2000.
