Selection of salt-tolerance variants from rhododendro

Description
Adventitious buds from the leaves of rhododendro were induced. MS + BA2.0 mg·L-1 + ZT0.1 mg·L-1 was found as the best medium for adventitious bud regeneration and γ-rays were used as mutagens to select salt-tolerance variants from adventitious buds. The variants tolerated to 0.5%, 0.7%, 1% NaCl were established, and preliminary identification was conducted on the variants
