Magnetic properties of (Mn1-xWx)3B4 system alloys
Description
Magnetization curves of (Mn1-xWx)3B4 system alloys (0.03≤x≤0.33) produced by tungsten alloying of Mn3B4 antiferromagnetics with faint antiferromagnetic interaction are measured. The values of spontaneous magnetization, anizotropy field HA and exchange field HE(HE>HA) are determined. It is shown that with W concentration increase the value of HE field decreases. The result is explained by rearrangement of antiferromagnetic structure Mn3B4 at first into noncollinear and then into collinear ferromagnetic structure
