Studies on the preparation of 90γ labelled antibodies using CDTPAA as bifunctional chelating agent (Preprint No. RA.26)

  • 1. Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Bombay (India). Radiopharmaceuticals Div.

Description

90Y owing to its radiation characteristics such as intermediate β-energy, suitable short half-life is well suited as a radio label for antibodies for cancer therapy. Some studies have been carried out to standardise the labelling of 90Y to affinity purified immunoglobulins using cyclic DTPA anhydride. (author)
