Use of polyester resins and methyl methacrylate in the process of a radiation modification of alder wood. Pt. 2. Properties of wood radiation-modified with Polymal polyester resins
Description
The properties of alder wood modified with Polymal polyester resins were investigated and compared with the results of similar studies on natural alder wood. It was found that water absorption was less and mechanical properties were better for the modified alder wood. (author)
