Description
We propose an investigation of the properties of SU(2) non-linear Hamiltonian flows when a dissipative, gradient-like dynamics is superimposed. The corresponding flows are analysed and a method is designed to compute the boundaries of the basins of attraction to any desired accuracy. The shape and general features of these domains are examined in relation to the relative size of the dissipative component of the motion. (author)
