Description
By means of ultrasonic spectroscopy for the same single crystal samples the comparative study of the dynamics of three second-order phase transitions spontaneous and induced by magnetic field in erbium orthoferrite is performed. It is shown that the magnetoelastic coupling is not the main single factor producing a gap in the magnon spectrum. The H-T phase diagram for the low temperature transition is found
