Recovery of neutron irradiated vanadium

Description
Abstract The recovery of partially and well annealed vanadium irradiated to a fast neutron fluence of 1 × 1018 n/cm2 was carried out above room temperature. The recovery stage at 170°C has been attributed to the intrinsic point defects. The difference in the reaction order between the well and partially annealed samples arises due to the nature of sinks.
