Improvement of reproducibility of quantitative mass spectral analysis of gases
Description
The loss of reproducibility of quantitative mass spectral analysis of gases due to change in the mass of the tracer gas added as an internal standard produced by variation of the temperature conditions of the batching system between two experiments is estimated
