Description
Using transmission electron microscopy the geometry parameters of vacancy dispersive clasters in tungsten irradiated with 700 keV tungsten ions at 363 K temperature were studied. Cluster sizes, their average number and average distance between them in the ensembles induced by single ion were determined. Comparison of these results with the data of field-ion microscopy of low-energy cascades in tungsten allowed one to obtain the energy dependence of the depleted zone size, the threshold energy of subcascade formation and the energy of displacement spike
