Description
The main topics currently being discussed by German environmental law experts are summarised in the documentation of the 41st scientific conference of the Gesellschaft für Umweltrecht e.V. (GfU) summarizes. These lectures were at the centre of the legal debate: - The new hazardous incidents law for the implementation of the Seveso III Directive, - Clean Air Planning and its implementation, - Clean Air Planning and its implementation. The difficult relationship between German immission control law and European air quality law, - Climate protection as a modernisation and peace project. The conference proceedings also contain a summary of the subsequent discussions as well as the contributions of the GfU Forum, which is particularly aimed at young environmental lawyers.
