Character of phase formation in the Sb2Se3(Bi2Se3)-TmSe systems

Description

Phase diagrams of systems Sb2Se3(Bi2Se3)-TmSe were studied by comprehensive method of physicochemical analysis. It was ascertained that the joints are quasibinary joins of ternary system Tm-Sb(Bi)-Se. In the system ternary compounds TmSb2Se4, TmSb4Se7, TmBi2Se4 and TmBi4Se7 are formed, which are crystallized in rhombic lattice with the following parameters: a = 11.52, b = 14.29, c = 4.10 A; a=11.56, b = 14.29, c = 4.10 A; a = 12.50, b = 14.79, c = 4.30 A and a = 11.69, b =14.13, c = 4.71 A, respectively. Solubility of TmSe on the side of Sb2(Bi2)Se3 amounts to 3 mol.% at room temperature

Abstract (Russian)

Комплексным методом физико-химического анализа исследованы диаграммы состояния систем Sb2Se3(Bi2Se3)-TmSe. Установлено, что разрезы являются квазибинарными сечениями тройной системы . В системах образуются тройные соединения TmSb2Se4, TmSb4Se7, TmBi2Se4 и TmBi4Se7, кристаллизующиеся в ромбической решетке с параметрами a = 11.52, b = 14.29, c = 4.10 А; a=11.56, b = 14.29, c = 4.10 А; a = 12.50, b = 14.79, c = 4.30 А и a = 11.69, b =14.13, c = 4.71 А соответственно. Растворимость TmSe со стороны Sb2(Bi2)Se3 составляет 3 мол. % при комнатной температуре
