This is a review of: 1) The law on nuclear and conventional power plant in West Germany; 2) licensing and testing practice for nuclear power plant in West Germany, the USA, and France; 3) comparison of the text of technical regulations on materials in West Germany, the USA, and Great Britain; 4) quality assurance and accident and damage documentation in West Germany; 5) product liability. The author demands a standardized international book of regulations which, among others, will facilitate exports. (HP)

Abstract (German)

Es wird ein Ueberblick gegeben ueber: 1.) Gesetzeslage fuer KKWs und konventionelle Kraftwerke in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. 2.) Genehmigung- und Pruefpraxis fuer KKWs in der Bundesrepublik, USA und Frankreich; 3.) Vergleich des Inhalts technischer Regelwerke fuer Werkstofffragen in der Bundesrepublik, USA und GB. 4.) Qualitaetssicherung und Stoerfall- und Schadendokumentation in der Bundesrepublik; 5.) Produkthaftung. Nachdruecklich fordert der Autor ein gemeinsames internationales Regelwerk, das u.a. auch den Export erleichertert. (HP)
