Non-chaotic Kaluza-Klein cosmology
Description
We investigate the evolution of higher-dimensional, homogeneous, anisotropic cosmologies. The natural extension to higher dimensions of the three-dimensional mixmaster cosmologies are analysed, and it is found - contrary to the three-dimensional case - that the higher-dimensional cosmologies exhibit no chaotic behaviour.
