Description
To research tile micro-specialty of proton energy deposition in body-tissue or tissue equivalent material, water vapor was considered to be reasonable as the tissue equivalent material on the basis of analysis of the body-tissue, and Monte Carlo method was used to simulate the behavior of proton in the tissue equivalent material. Some features about the micro-specialty of proton energy deposition in tissue equivalent material were given through the analysis of data from the calculation. Proton will give energy to the electrons along its track in tissue equivalent material, and energy of these electrons will give out in the end. All these energy deposition events made up the proton track in tissue material. (authors)
