Advisory Review of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Reports and Supplementary Information for the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Oil Pipeline and South Caucasus Gas Pipeline in Georgia

This advice has been prepared by the Netherlands Commission for Environmental Impact Assessment at the request of the Georgian environment minister. It presents the findings of our review of the supplementary information to the final Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (the ESIA report) of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline project (BTC project) and the South Caucasus gas pipeline project (SC project). The supplementary information to the final ESIA report which has been reviewed by the Commission is known as the Supplementary Information Lenders Pack (SLIP) Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline project, April 2003. This information pack contains a number of reports.
