Description
On the basis of CdS:Cl reflection spectra analysis it is shown that the donor electrons give the main contribution into Coulomb interaction screening at impurity concentrations up to the Mott transition. As far as the doping degree increases, the decrease of the averaged in a crystal oscillator strength caused by island minerallization is observed. Charged impurities make the main contribution into exciton scattering in the range of impurity concentrations from 1016 to 1018 cm-3
