A automatic-ranging I/V convertor design for X-ray beam position monitor of SSRF

Description
The automatic-ranging current voltage convertor mainly aims for reading out the photocurrent largely ranging from pA to mA that comes from the blade or wire scanning detectors used in the synchrotron beamline. Anti-jamming design and low noise design are needed to increase the instrument's SNR and guarantee the precision and stability of the measure data because of the electromagnetic interference from all kinds of working motors. The design of circuit and program and the related test result are given in the paper. (authors)
