Description
34 candidates for nephrodonors are studied. Three different radiopharmaceuticals are used, two of them - modern analogues of iodine-hippuran. The method is used as primary screening qualitative and quantitative assessment of kidney topography, morphology and function, as well as decisive test in final choice of the transplant after angiographic and immunological studies. The kidney with destroyed and/or decreased function is chosen for transplantation at significant asymmetry in perfusion and/or function, and the more valuable organ is left as a donor. MAG and EC excel 09mTc-DTPA in their pharmacokinetic properties and clinical parameters. They have higher excretory efficiency, faster clearance, higher image quality. Their application allows to reduce the indicator dose up to three times and to shorten the time for investigation. 5 figs, 4 refs. (orig.)
