Thermal conductivity and specific heat of SrCu2(BO3)2 quasi-two-dimensional metal oxide compounds with a spin gap

Description
The specific heat and thermal conductivity of the SrCu2(BO3)2 quasi-two-dimensional metal oxide compounds with a spin gap are studied at low temperatures. Within the interval of 0.4 < T < 3.2 K the thermal conductivity of the monocrystal is in the ab-plane κ ∝ T2.73, and the deep minimum κ is observed in the area of Tmin ≅ 9.8 K at higher temperatures. Such a behaviour is explained by the phonon scattering as the basic heat carriers on the spin subsystem fluctuations

При низких температурах исследованы теплоемкость и теплопроводность квазидвумерного металлооксидного соединения со спиновой щелью SrCu2(BO3)2. В интервале 0.4 < T < 3.2 K теплопроводность монокристалла в ab-плоскости κ ∝ T2.73, при более высоких температурах наблюдается глубокий минимум в окрестности Tmin ≅ 9.8 K.
