Influence of small-dose irradiation by fast neutrons and fast electrons on the temperature dependence of resistance of ceramics Y Ba2 Cu3 O7-x
Description
The influence of fast neutrons and fast electrons on properties of high-temperature superconducting ceramics Y Ba2 Cu3 O7-x is observed. Irradiation fluences from 1011 to 1016 cm-2 are used. Comparative analysis of results for both types of radiations is carried out. The probable reasons for changes in the superconductivity transition properties under the action of fast neutrons are offered
