Formation of the texture of polycrystals during hot compacting of wurtzite boron nitride at high pressures
Description
The authors examine the relationship between crystallorgraphic and morphological textures in the sintered polycrystals and their evolution during the phase transition. X-ray diffraction examination of the texture of the polycrystals was carried out in a DRON-2.0 diffractometer in filtered copper radiation by the inclined photography method using a GP-2 attachment and electron microscope examination was performed
