Description
Observations of the regions of ionized hydrogen in the vicinity of the Galaxy anticentre contained nebulae IC 405 and IC 410 were carried out with the radio telescope UTR-2 at five frequencies between 12.6 and 25 MHz, the resolution being 0. deg 5 to 1 deg. The H II regions are seen in absorption. The average volume density of the nonthermal interstellar radiation at 12.6 MHz is 135 Kxpc-1 in the direction of IC 405 and 37 Kxpc-1 in the direction of IC 410. The kinetic temperature of IC 410 is equal to 11000 K, and the electron concentrations is approximately 12 cm-3. Electron temperature is calculated for the IC 410 source. The obtained value essentially exceeds the known values
