Description
25 patients with fractures and pseudoarthroses in the area of the extremities were examined radiologically as well as scintigraphically and the results were demonstrated by electroroentgenoscintigraphy. The combination of the methods permits an exact topographic coordination of the increased activity concentration and renders possible an exact localization of the osseous rebuilding processes. Because of the considerable radiation doses the method cannot be recommended for routine use. (author)
