Description

The results of simultaneous UBVRI observations of dwarf novae SS Aur are presented. The decrease of brightness to V=15sup(m).5 in comparison with the usual quiescence state magnitude V=14sup(m).7 is noted. In the low brightness stage, the distribution of energy is best fitted by the sum of two blackbody curves of 25000 K and 3000 K temperatures which correspond the radiation of double system components consisting of white and red dwarfs. The additional radiation which is responsible for the brightnening up of the system to the usual value V=14sup(m).7 is in good agreement with steady state acceretion disk radiation. Besides, the system undergoes rapid light variations in time scale of 20-40 minutes, with amplitudesincreasing to the shoreter wavelengths and attaining 0sup(m).7 in U band. The intensity of these variations increaseswith general brightnening of the system. It is shown that during one of the nights, when the star in low brightness stage, the variations of light had a period of 21 min
