Description

Two thermally stimulated depolarization current peaks due to dipolar relaxation processes have been observed at 242 and 273 K in neutron irradiated Al2O3. The results on fluence dependence and thermal stability indicate that the second one may be related to F-type centres or their corresponding interstitials induced by irradiation. (author)
