The early andrologic effects in rats during combined action of radiation and vibration
Description
A study of spermatogenous epithelium in testes was made with rats during combined action of vibration and radiation. The first group animals were subjected to single whole-body gamma radiation in a dose of 10 Gy the second group animals - to the total vibration; the third group animals - to combined consequent action of vibration and radiation Decrease of proliferation was established within 5 h after separate action of vibration and radiation. Disturbances in microcirculation and blood-testicular barrier under the action of vibration and radiation leads to destruction and change in differentiation of spermatogenous epithelium cells. The given effects are heavily expressed during combined action
