Krypton 81m myocardial imaging in man. Preliminary results. Chapter 20
Description
Attempts have been made to obtain the functional complement of coronary arteriography with 81Krsup(m) myocardial perfusion scintigraphy. Preliminary work is reported and some of the problems encountered are discussed. Satisfactory myocardial images were achieved in eight out of 13 patients with a variety of reasons for failure, the most common cause being persistent instability of the ring catheter despite adequate initial positioning.
