Brain SPECT in a case of progressive aphasia

Description
While most calls neuro degenerative diseases have poor prognosis due to limited therapeutic options currently available, adequate characterization and differentiation of potentially reversible boxes allow more rational management of the patient. In this aspect, the functional imaging often provides valuable elements than anatomical methods in sensitivity and diagnostic specificity, as in the case recounted below
