Description

Results presented in the work, are obtained in the course of developing a linear HF nitrogen ion accelerator in which a semiwave spiral, its high-potential edges being produced in the form of two parallel conductors loaded with drift tubes, is applied as an accelerating system. To reduce the input HF-capacity the structure optimization is undertaken. 4 refs.; 5 figs.; 1 tab
