Description

the preparation of high technology RIA ana IRMA reagents with low cost is considered to be one of the important goals of the present study, the development of a direct solid phase radioimmunoassay for the measurement of T3, T4 and IRMA technique for TSH determination in human serum are described. the main point of this work is the preparation of tracers or each of T3,T4 (antigen) and TSH (monoclonal Ab) which was carried out using the Ch-T and iodogen methods. the coating of polystyrene tubes with sheep polyclonal antisera specific for each of T3 and T4 was carried out. the coupling of magnetic and cellulose particles with sheep polyclonal antisera specific for TSH was undertaken. the present study described optimization and validation of RIA assays for T3 and T4 and IRMA assays for TSH in human serum samples. in conclusion, the low cost assays of the present study proved to be sensitive, specific, precise and accurate for routine laboratory use
