Device for measuring energy spectra of a charged particle beam

Description

A device for measuring an energy spectrum of a charged particle beam is described. It includes the system of spatial particle separation in momenta, current collector-deviders, two meters of electrical signal ratios of deviders and devices for detection. To rise resolution and improve frequency characteristics, current collector-deviders are made as two parallel and isolated from each other monolithes with variable resistance per a unit of the monolith length. Thickness of each monolith is chosen not less than a beam particle range in the monolith
